Terms of Service

Who we are

The Friday Letter is operated by Ethan Miller (“we”, “us”). You can reach us any time at hello@thefridayletter.com.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website, the free guide, our email newsletter and any free resource we send you. Paid coaching and programs are governed by the separate agreement you sign before payment.

The free guide

The guide and its bonuses are provided free of charge. We may change, update or withdraw them at any time. We give no guarantee that they will remain available indefinitely.

Signing up and unsubscribing

When you submit your email address you are asking us to send you the guide and the newsletter. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, scrape it at scale, or resell our materials. We may withdraw access if you do.

Intellectual property

All text, graphics and downloads remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use them for your own business. You may not republish, resell or present them as your own work.

Paid programs

Where we offer paid coaching, pricing, deliverables, payment terms and cancellation rights are set out on the relevant page and in the contract before you pay. Nothing on this page overrides those terms.

No guarantee of results

The guide describes what has worked for us and for our clients. It is education, not a promise of income, subscriber growth or business outcomes. Your results depend on your own market, offer and effort.

Third-party services

This site links to and relies on third parties such as our email platform, scheduling tool and analytics provider. We are not responsible for their content or their terms, which apply to you directly when you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our free materials. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies, and the date below shows when it last changed.
